Greetings from Pune!
It is indeed an honor and pleasure to script an editorial for the first issue of Journal of Dental Research and Review (JDRR) - An official publication of Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune; Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pimpri, Pune. I call this ledger A Memoir of Scrutinized Verity since it being a referenced source of contributed research to the existing literature as available until date and would definitely remain as memories which are duly scrutinized by the experienced members of the board for ultimate display of facts explored through scientific exploration.
There was certainly a hard work involved for the development of the caricature and definitely would not have been possible without the contributions of the Management, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune; Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pimpri, Pune; Publishers, Medknow Publications and Media Pvt. Ltd./Wolters Kluwer Health Research and Editorial and Review Board Members, JDRR.
The first issue of JDRR presents the fraternity with a diversified literature from various fields enclosing the scope of the journal. This issue comprises of articles in majority from the field of Oral Biology and Public Health Dentistry thus encompassing the basic entities of the subject thereby making the foundation of the journal strong.
I welcome my peers to submit their manuscripts for publication consideration for forthcoming issues of JDRR. It would be definitely a privilege to publish a high quality research article which satisfactorily passes the editorial and peer review protocol.
