Journal publication is a media to report and publish developments in dental profession. Through this new knowledge, skill and experiences are shared with our professionals. Profession of Dentistry in India has surpassed standard in this and has also increased research in the faculty.
Prepare, start, improve and progress, is a sequence for any task. To publish a journal also requires valuable experience which Editorial Board of Journal of Dental Research and Review (JDRR) has and specially the Executive Editor; which thus has contributed toward the release of its first issue. With the amount of clinical and research work being performed at Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College and Hospital, Pimpri, Pune; plenty of work scribed transforms into publication. Knowing the expected quality of journal, international contributors were delighted not only to participate as editorial board members but also considered this journal as a platform for their valuable research work. Both internal and external reviewers of JDRR are all experienced and known academicians in the fraternity from national and international forum.
With the beginning of JDRR, I extend my best wishes to the journal with certainty of further progress and development. We expect it to be indexed under various prime indexing bodies within a short period. I thank all authors, editors and reviewers for supporting the journal and expect all them to actively participate in progress of the same.
